Abstract
Water and Air Research, Inc. (WAR), is under contract to the WCRWSA to perform this three-year study on the southern reaches of the TBC and the HR in Hillsborough County, Florida. SDI Environmental Services, Inc. (SDI), is under contract to the WCRWSA to evaluate the existing hydrologic monitoring program for the TBC and the HR and develop and calibrate a groundwater/surface water flow model for that system. This second interpretive report includes an assessment of all biological and water-quality data collected during the first three years of the study. In addition, discussions of the hydrologic model and various water withdrawal and augmentation scenarios are included in Sections 4 and 8 of this document.
