Summer 1992 During the summer semester of 1992, Professor James A. Moore and 6 graduate students in the FAMU/USF Cooperative Master of Architecture Program have studied the Tampa campus of the University of South Florida in an Urban Design Workshop The focus of the course was on critical aspects of modern campus planning such as traffic control & parking; the integration of campus functions; the provision of services; the development of distinct academic precincts with an emphasis on collegial spaces; & the development of a cohesive and comprehensible overall campus organization
