Abstract
Robin Nigh, Manager of Art Programs for the City of Tampa, discusses the city's art programs and her vision for them. Some of the programs discussed include: Lights on Tampa; public art and private development; Riverwalk; and "Zack Street" as an Avenue of the Arts. Ms. Nigh also describes her education at various Florida colleges and universities, at the Art Institute of Chicago (where she also taught), and at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
