Abstract
Art Keeble, Director of the Arts Council for Hillsborough County discusses the state of the arts in Hillsborough County, Florida. Mr. Keeble describes his childhood in Tennessee and events that inspired his lifelong love of the arts. Mr. Keeble focuses on the visual and performing arts in the Tampa Bay area, including an in-depth look at the Tampa Theater in downtown Tampa. Local transportation issues are also examined.
