Correspondence on Armwood-family-owned Gem Drug Store letterhead from Walter. A. Armwood to Dr. George E. Haynes, Director of Negro Economics in the Department of Labor. The letter congratulates Dr. Haynes on his reappointment and discusses the improvements made to the Tampa area due to the Negro Worker's Advisory Committee.
