In an alambique (n. still), ancient alchemists sought to turn base metals into gold. Alambique (ISSN 2167-6577) is a double blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal devoted to scholarly research and criticism in the fields of science fiction and fantasy originally composed in Spanish or Portuguese.
