Constance Bernadette Hall, who is connected to Zion Cemetery through her adoptive mother, learned about the cemetery from her niece. Hall doesn’t have a connection to Tampa, Florida however, she provides contact information to another family that may have genealogical records. Constance Hall expresses distaste for not recognizing Zion Cemetery or the people buried there.
