Abstract
President Betty Castor attended the USF Day the City of Tampa held in 1996. to promote USF's new football program, she brought along Lee Roy Selmon (to her left in photo), the Pro Football Hall of Fame member who helped bring football to USF, and Athletic Director Paul Griffin.
