Abstract

Policy 26 was a 1978 state Board of Regents proposal to concentrate graduate programs at the University of Florida and Florida State University, a proposal which USF opposed. The cartoon shows a USF knight slaying a dragon representing Policy 26. The exact date that this photograph was taken is unknown.
