The 9th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium and Celebration was held on Friday, April 15, 2011 on the second floor of the Marshall Student Center. Attendees were invited to stop by and see the exemplary work completed by undergraduates from all disciplines.

Abstract Submissions

Thank you to all the students who submitted for this year's Symposium! We received over 170 abstracts, which is by far the most we have ever received. Symposium Workshops

The following workshops were available for students presenting at the Symposium who wished to gain helpful tips and improve their presentation skills. Although these workshops were geared toward Symposium presenters, other undergraduate researchers were welcome to attend if they felt the information would be helpful.

Poster Printing

UR and Pro-Copy teamed up for the 2011 year to provide poster presenters with a discounted price for this symposium. The discounted price for a 36" x 48" poster was $35 plus a $3 rip fee, plus any additional incurred charges. Students submitted their poster as a PDF to avoid a $15 conversion fee. Please review the flyer for other stipulations and the procedure for printing at Pro-Copy.
