The American Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics provides an outlet for mathematics researchers at any level in need of an efficient turn around on their submissions. Specific groups include undergraduates applying to graduate school and graduate students looking towards the job market. Submissions from all areas of mathematics are accepted, including applications to other disciplines. Reviewing is through an anonymous single-blind peer review process where referees are established researchers in the subject area. Open access is provided by the University of South Florida’s Digital Commons through Berkeley Electronic Press and is hosted in collaboration with Bepress, a subsidiary of Elsevier.
AJPAM was formerly the Undergraduate Journal of Mathematical Modeling: One + Two, which in 2017, was awarded the DOAJ Seal for its high degree of openness and for adhering to best practices and high publishing standards.
