Note
This submission includes an MP3 file and a MusicXML file. The MusicXML file is provided to support access, reuse, and adaptation exclusively in music notation software, including MuseScore Studio, Sibelius, Dorico, and Finale. Braille music scores are available upon request.
Minor adjustments were made to the MusicXML file to ensure proper playback. The edits below were made to improve functionality while preserving the musical content.
-
Measure two of the pedal bassline is one eighth note short. The transcription has altered beat 1 to be a dotted quarter note to fulfill the measure.
-
In measure two of the first and second staves, the composer draws ties to an empty measure. The transcription includes sustained notation in measure three.
-
The second stave's lowest voice in measure 10 is incomplete. The transcription added a dot [Quarter Note] to the half note to complete the measure.
-
In measure 16, the lower voices on the first stave are missing a quarter rest. The transcription will include a quarter rest.
-
In the first stave of measure 24, the transcription uses enharmonic spellings in the chord on beat three. E sharp is spelled as F natural, and F sharp is spelled as G flat.
-
The composer writes "Play 4 times" in between the staves of measures 27 and 28. The transcription includes the repetitions.
-
The composer writes "Play 2 times" in between the staves of measures 35 and 36. The transcription includes the repetition.
-
The composer writes "Play 2 times" in between the staff of measure 39. The transcription includes the repetition.
-
The composer did not include a 3/4 marking in measure 43. However, the note values indicate a time signature change, and will be notated in the transcription.
-
The highest stave at measure 59 contains 30-second notes for 2 beats, leaving the measure incomplete. The transcription adds one beat of rest in beat 3 to complete the measure.
