In measure 22, Helps writes the Violin line on the bass clef. However, this clef is too low for the instrument. The transcription maintains the line in Treble clef.

In measure 38, the final beat in the left hand has been altered to an eighth note to fit into the duration of the 7/8 measure.

In the left hand's lower voice in measure 41, the 3rd note has been changed to a quarter note to match the measure's duration.

In measure 42, the piano's left hand has a triplet in the first beat. The second note of this triplet has been altered to a dotted eighth note to match the triplet's duration.

In measure 43, instruments are not indicated in the margin. Using the double stops in stave one and the double staff, the transcription indicates that the violin and piano are playing.

In measure 89, Helps writes a "2 of 3" tuplet in a 2/4 measure. However, the notes prior to completing the measure. The last three notes of the measure have been shortened to fit all notes within the measure's duration.
