Photograph of Delta Oceanographic's "Delta" submarine being transported on a forklift out of a storage facility. The "Delta" is a small, two person submarine which can be used for scientific research. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) logo is painted on the submarine with the word "Delta" painted below the logo. A man is seen on the left holding a rope that is attached to the submarine. A man wearing a white hardhat is seen operating the forklift which is carrying the submarine. A cameraman from Tampa Bay area television station WTSP NewsCenter 10 is pictured at the right of the photograph, filming the submarine as it is taken out of the storage facility on the forklift.
