Policies

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and scholarly contribution. Depending on the nature of the publication (e.g., books, conference proceedings, edited volumes, reports, etc.), submissions may be reviewed by editors, reviewers, or subject matter experts. The process may be single-blind or double-blind, as determined by the editorial team.

Editorial Decision

The editorial team reserves the right to accept, request revisions, or reject any manuscript based on the reviewers' feedback and alignment with the publication's scope and quality standards. Authors will be notified of the decision within a reasonable timeframe.

Ethics and Integrity

M3 Publishing adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics. Submissions must be the original work of the author(s) and not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited.

Open Access Policy

All works published under M3 Publishing are openly accessible through the Digital Commons @ USF platform. This aligns with our commitment to the wide dissemination of knowledge and supports the principles of open scholarship.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant M3 Publishing a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the content. All publications are released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing sharing and adaptation for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

Indexing and Archiving

Publications are digitally archived and indexed through Digital Commons @ USF, ensuring long-term accessibility and discoverability by academic search engines and databases.

Author Fees

There are no submission or publication fees for authors. M3 Publishing is supported by the M3 Center for Hospitality Technology and Innovation and the University of South Florida (USF) Library. Their generous support allows us to maintain an open-access platform that promotes global knowledge sharing without financial barriers for authors.
