Author Biography
Sahar Khan, PhD is an editor at Inkstick Media; Research Fellow at the Cato Institute’s Defense and Foreign Policy Studies department, where she works on US foreign policy in South Asia; and adjunct faculty member at American University’s School of Public Affairs, where she teaches courses on counterterrorism and terrorist groups. She is also a founding member of the International Studies Association first regional group, “South Asia in World Politics.” She has a BA in Economics, International Studies, and Politics & Government from Ohio Wesleyan University; a MPP from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, and a PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
