Fair Use week is a community celebration of fair use coordinated by the Association of Research Libraries. Each day teachers, students, researchers and consumers benefit from copyrighted information because of the fair use exception in the United States copyright law.

- The Fair Use Factors: Their History and Application - Thursday, February 25, 2016, 1:00 – 2:00 PM CST. The Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) will freely broadcast the webinar, The Fair Use Factors: Their History and Application, with copyright lawyer Ana Enriquez (Copyright X).
