Abstract
Joe Guidry speaks with Robert Martinez of the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program [ELAPP]. In the interview, Martinez recalls his childhood in Tampa, Florida and the history and agricultural environment therein. Martinez continues on recanting his academic career and his entrance into environmental matters. Martinez discusses his current career at the law office of Holland and Knight as a senior policy advisor, then recalls his involvement the various projects that would soon shape the Conservation of Recreational Lands Program. Martinez describes his position and responsibilities in the ELAPP project, and names many of the projects he deems most noteworthy or important to Florida, including the water wildlife conservation and playgrounds. The interview ends with Guidry and Martinez discussing getting lunch.
