Abstract
Joe Guidry speaks with Pete Fowler about his work with the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). Fowler speaks of the beginning of ELAPP and how Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation, and Conservation led the way for ELAPP. Fowler notes that ELAPP's purchase of land was very well supported and the program team didn't face much, if any, controversy over their decisions.
