Abstract

An aerial view of John Ringling's Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Longboat Key in Sarasota. This hotel was never actually completed or put into use. Construction ceased in November 1926, and the hotel remained unfinished and unused. It was demolished in 1964, and the Longboat Ket Club resort was built in its place.
