Abstract
This is an oral history interview with Ellsworth Simmons, who served on the Hillsborough County Commission for over twenty years. Simmons was also a member of the Hillsborough County School Board for seven years. In this interview, Simmons discusses some of the issues related to the growth and development of Hillsborough County.
