The Studio@620 presents “Uncle Bends: A Home-Cooked Negro Narrative”, written and performed by Bob Devin Jones, Directed by T. Scott Wooten Join us as we reawaken the voices of the past and sit down with them for dinner during “Uncle Bends”, July 14-17, 2011. Bring your appetite for powerful storytelling! Bob prepares a meal for the audience while portraying characters ranging from young to old, man to woman, slave to free man. Musical accompaniment by Nate Najar and Vincent Simms.
