Abstract
You're invited an evening of live music as only Kevin Wlech can deliver. Welch, who's roots span from California and Oklahoma around the globe to his current home base near Austin, Texas, is touring in support of his latest CD A Patch of Blue Sky. Welch was nominated with his musical partners in 2007 and 2008 for Duo/Group of the year by the Americana Music Association. A Patch of Blue Sky was released on JMusic Road Records and is climbing the Americana charts. The album features 10 new songs, all written or co-written by Kevin. The album is an ultimately hopeful journey from darkness to dawn. Come hear sleections from this cd and other prior releases during his performance at The Studio on Saturday May 7, 2011.
