Abstract
Known as the “Russian Paganini”, Alexander Tsygankov is the world’s leading composer for the domra, a traditional Russian stringed instrument similar to a lute. He has performed at the White House, Carnegie Hall, and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Accompanied by Inna Shevchenko on piano, this Distinguished Artist of Russia will perform an evening of original musical compositions and traditional Russian folk music.
