Author Biography

Kristin M. Girten is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. Her current manuscript explores foundations of ecological thought in British literature from 1660 to 1815. She has also written articles on Eliza Haywood’s Female Spectator, the poetry of Charlotte Smith, and Jonathan Swift’s “Voyage to Brobdingnag.”
