Abstract
Previous research has established functional analyses (Iwata et al., 1982/1994) as valuable tools for ABA practitioners. Despite previous findings, behavior analysts often default to other methods when identifying the maintaining variables of problem behavior. Several studies have examined training methods and variations of traditional functional analyses to increase clinical applications. The Repeated Latency Functional Analysis (RLFA) is a newly developed adaptation to the functional analysis (Han et. al., 2023). This study used video modeling to train three ABA practitioners in RLFA procedures through online role-play scenarios. The findings suggested that online video modeling is a promising training modality for ABA practitioner.
