About the Tampa Bay History Journal

The Tampa Bay History Journal is University of South Florida Libraries’ collaborative peer-reviewed journal created in partnership with the Tampa Bay History Center. It calls upon contributors from across the globe to shed light on the rich history of Florida.

• Articles of all sizes are accepted
• Unconventional articles such as photo essays and walking tours are encouraged
• Public historians and students welcome
• Subject must relate to some aspect of Florida’s past
• Essays should be submitted as a word or PDF document with author's name removed.
• Please include a cover letter with contact information.
