Abstract
This work reports the presence of the Falco peregrinus in downtown Caracas, throughout its winter migration (October–April), along a 15 year period (2004–2018). It also describes Peregrine Falcon’s diet and some interactions with other resident birds. A total of 162 records with an average of 11 records/year and annual values between 3–23 records/year were reported. Most records involve single individuals, having observed only 15 couples, three immatures and one juvenile. The Peregrine Falcon interacted with several related and non-related bird species in 36 occasions, most of them in an aggressive way (22). It hunts and feed on Rock Dove Columba livia, Budgerigar Melopsittacus undulatus, Ruddy Ground-Dove Columbina talpacoti, and bats.
