Meadowlark is the quarterly magazine of the Illinois Ornithological Society. The journal includes field notes, seasonal highlights, technical papers on avian studies in the Illinois and Midwestern area, photos, original drawings, and joy-of-birding essays. The success of the journal for the past ten years is due to the excellent work by our editor and her staff, and even more importantly to those who have contributed material in so many ways. Thanks for all the articles and reports written, photos taken, illustrations drawn, etc. We need your help to continue this fine work! Be sure to contact chief editor
Sheryl DeVore for details on how to contribute to the
Meadowlark. The
Meadowlark is available through
subscription or can be purchased at select
Wild Birds Unlimited stores. Back issues of the
Meadowlark are also available for purchase. See the
IOS Publications & Meadowlark Archives page for details.
