Author Biography

Jorge M. Lasmar is Professor of International Relations at PUC Minas, Brazil, and Visiting Professor at the Military Police Academy of Minas Gerais. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). With over two decades of experience, Prof. Lasmar has advised international organizations, government agencies, and private institutions in Brazil and abroad. His contributions to academia and practice have earned him multiple professional and academic awards.
