Abstract
Ron Sheehy learned about his great-nephew, who was buried in Zion Cemetery, from a Tampa Bay Times reporter. He mentions the cemetery was destroyed by the city for a housing project, which Sheehy finds disrespectful. Sheehy attended schools in Tampa and is pleased that Memorial Park, another neglected Black cemetery, is now maintained by the city.
