Abstract

Our students have demonstrated overt and proactive leadership in sustainability by voting to finance a Student Green Energy Fund by self-assessing a nominal student fee of $1.00 per credit hour. The fund assists the university in reducing energy cost through conservation, promoting power generation using clean, renewable energy technologies, and lowering greenhouse gas emissions.
