Statement signed by Josefa Oural that $90 in American money was converted to Portuguese currency and received by her from Parker W. Buhrman, Foreign Service officer, in Lisbon. The money was sent to the State Dept. by her husband Ramón Oural for Josefa and her children to return to the U.S.
