The Hillsborough County and the Planning Commission launched the Wimauma long-range community design process to update the 2008 Community Plan. The initiative emphasizes participatory design and consensus building while aiming to guide future growth, coordinate investments, and provide a policy framework for revitalizing Wimauma Village Residential-2 with a clear, shared community vision.
