Abstract

After 1,362 acres of land were purchased, construction began in the area, including streets, curbs, lot grading, storm sewers, a complete sanitary sewage treatment plant, wells, a fire treatment plant for drinking water, and a fire protection system. This photo shows a typical street with houses under construction.
