Abstract
Yellow journalism and misinformation have been issues since news reporting began. However, the impact of misinformation compounds as the use of social media for propaganda and influence increases. Individual academic librarians know that the prevalence of “fake news” and misinformation are major concerns when working with their undergraduate populations, but how are other academic librarians actually tackling the problem of teaching news literacy? We seek to answer that very question.
