Abstract

This drawing by an 18-year-old Darfuri was drawn 4 years after his village was attacked. He depicts a typical serene village in Darfur that was later attacked and bombed by Sudanese military helicopter gunships and armored tanks. To try and save their lives, many civilians ran away without any of their belonging.
