Introduction
Included in this auxiliary material are one table and 8 figures. The table contains the estimated velocities for all the GPS sites utilized in this study. This includes north, east and vertical velocities in IGb00 and their 1-sigma uncertainties; the residual velocities after removing the motion of rigid North America from the IGb00 velocities; the amount of data analyzed; and information on the type and age of the monuments. The 8 figures are selected time series in IGb00 for 6 CGPS sites (1LSU, HOUM, LMCN, KJUN, and WNFL) and two EGPS sites (FEMS and HEND) used in this study.

Coordinate time series for CGPS site HAMM in IGb00. This site is plotted in Figure 2 of the paper. Site velocity if given by slope of weighted least squares line fit (thick solid line) through the data (solid circles with 1 sigma error bars green), excluding outliers (open triangles with 1 sigma error bars red). Site velocity error is the uncertainty of the slope estimate, accounting for uncorrelated and time-correlated noise. For additional information see Table S1.

The site is not included due to unexplained offset/discontinuity in the time-series of this station and the very high WRMS especially in the height component. The data between 1997-2001 has been used to compute the velocity and statistics for the site but omitted in this plot to make it comparable to previous figures. See Figure S1 for additional information.
