Abstract
This is an oral history interview with Richard "Dick" Greco, former mayor of Tampa, Florida. Greco served two terms as mayor of Tampa, from 1967 to 1974 and from 1995 to 2003. In this interview, conducted after his first term, Greco describes his campaign and some of the issues that were relevant during his administration, such as urban renewal, the power structure, and race relations. He also briefly describes his childhood in Tampa and discusses some of the issues he expects the city to face in the future.
