Abstract
In this oral history interview Ms. Yvette Lewis discusses how she initially became involved in the Zion Burial Ground Project, her work with the NAACP, the City of Tampa, and the African American community in exposing how the residents of Robles Park have been impacted by displacement. Ms. Lewis further describes the cultural and personal ramifications for Robles Park residents and the potential ways the cemetery and those buried there can be remembered and honored.
